Dr. Badal has a private practice in Nagpur, run with the able assistance of a team of specialists. Having treated thousands of patients across central India with braces, he quickly grasped the future potential of clear aligners and the growing demand for an invisible treatment modality amongst youngsters and adults. Until 2017–2018, aligners had to be made-to-order from Mumbai or Dubai, with long delivery schedules and very high costs, making them unaffordable for most people in Nagpur. Under these circumstances, Indus Aligners was founded in 2019. After perfecting the fabrication process and ensuring clinical outcomes, commercialisation started in 2022. Since then, it has been a story of success and fulfillment for patients across central India. Today, Indus Aligners is synonymous with affordable professional orthodontic care and results matching global benchmarks.
